FEATURINGJavier!</b>

OCTOBER 10, 2006
Edit: I just read the journal of a group of 3 friends here :iconcompaneros: and they posted a link to a site called Light a Million Candles [link] . This site is not seeking donations but has a unique way of having you sign a petition to stop child pornography on the net. Please go there and sign if you are at all concerned about this matter! Also please tell all you friends and family to sign it too. Remember, according to current psychiatric wisdom, these criminals cannot be rehabilitated. They are permanently twisted. ARG!!! If their victims live, they are often likely to abuse the next generation. :psychotic:

In addition, I wanted to say again, I'm sorry if you haven't noticed my comments lately. I'm severely behind and I will probably always be! Thanks for your patience!

Part IV and Final Part of the Javier Series

Javier is a toddler, a little boy of 1 1/2, one of the 3 kids that I nanny at my job that I started about 2 months ago. He's quite the character and to my predisposed way of thinking very advanced for his age. :D He's a pretty big guy and has NO FEAR!!! Gotta watch out for this kid. He'll try anything and fall flat on his face leaving yours truly to take the blame for not watching out carefully enough! Then the blood and tears flow! :D

This pic was taken awhile ago. Don't know what happened to all the great, cute pics of him that were on their computer recently! Of course with 3 kids playing with it, things tend to disappear. None of the pics I took of them turned out well, dang!

For the gradient, I used this ancient colour photo copy of a photo which was taken about 20 years ago.
That's me in the middle, holding the tequila. I just used the smooth palette function in Apophysis and transferred the gradient to UF. We're having a party on the balcony of the government office that we worked at then! Needless to say, that doesn't happen any more! :lmao:

So that's the story folks! Let me know if you have any questions! :D

Please take the time to view my friend's galleries! I'm always finding new and fantastic artists at dA! Check out my favourites gallery for my picks of their work! :D

Well, I hate to denigrate the process but you too can go around clicking all the deviants that you want!!! AND have them for your friends too! You'll notice that I don't have nearly as many watchers! :lmao: I joined about 2 1/2 years ago but then there were like no fractaleers so I didn't come back until last Dec, then I went nuts, befriending everyone whose gallery stuff I liked without asking permission or anything! :lmao: I still do it and it's still fun. Everyone is happy when you do that! No ones ever complained. Some people might have not said anything but then I never really kept track!

Thanks so much for the compliment on my gallery. I really appreciate it! Retrozombie is a fantastic guy and a great artist. I'm just amazed that he'd recommend my site! WOW! :D

When I had unwanted spaces in my journal it was because I had a lot of &.n.b.s.p. s and B.R.s in the code (without the dots) and using p instead of br to break the lines helped.
My quesion: how on earth did you manage to keep your looks over 20 years. It's kind of unfair on the less fortunate  :D
When I just hear of kids abuse I get so furious and can't calm down lightly. It's the most hatefull thing adults can do. So sickning. I often think that all adults commiting such crimes should be sent premanently to a camp in a desert that should be built quickly to avoid further damage. There is no cure for such perverts or sadists whatever. It just goes on and on from one generation to the next otherwise.

 Keep my looks! It was just the poor lighting! :D I look the same or more wrinkled as any other 52 year old I know up close! I do use a lot of Oil of Olay but I don't think that really helps. I've tanned and smoked for most of my life too! So no, I haven't kept anything cuz I never had looks in the first place!!! :lmao: But thanks for saying that! :D

I won't say anything else about the rest! :D

Yes there remains nothing unsaid on the subject on child abuse. eek. I use Oil of Olay too :D The nice thing about it is that it's cheap and does make the skin look better when it is applied :D I hope to be blond too in the next life. It's so much less trouble when the hair starts to get a bit gray and it helps to look young for ever it seems :D

Ok let's handle the points one by one

a) I don't think child pornography is likely to cease to exist anytime soon because I don't think it's properly handled. Why? Because the main issues are little (or not at all) addressed. 1) The pornoghraphy industry operates in a a fully legalized enviroment. 2) Alcohol is legal, as well, and make no mistake: most people I know who were abused during their childhood, have been victimized by a drunk predator (among other crimes). 3) The social structure is so messed up. The concept of a "family" is fading away to the dark. Everyone (speaking of the US and many other countries) seem to be afraid of commitment. They delay a "true" marriage with their partenar untill they have lived together for many years. Probably they will have one or more childern in the way. Suddenly one partener might just break up leaving the family hanging in the air. Talk about how kids will be brought up, and supervised from this point on. Add same-sex marriage (from a child care prespective) in the mix and things get pretty complicated.

b) Good luck with your career and greetings to Javier :) And there's a common Egyptian stereotype where (female) government employee cook their food (for their homes) on goverment offices!! (Haha, I know that's hard to imagine)

c) You can add a break (br) tag before the image to force it to slide down. It probably looked fine in the preview because the preview window with is too narrow, so the text "pressed" the image down.

Sorry for the long comment, and have a great day!

Thanks for the very well thought out and stated comment! I have to agree. There are so many other additional factors as well. Nonetheless, I think we have to keep working against it as we do on every front where there is wrongdoing. Thanks again! :D
